Aerotek’s New Jersey Offices Recognized as “Best Places to Work in New Jersey”

Aerotek’s New Jersey offices recently were recognized as one of the best places to work in New Jersey among medium-sized companies. The annual awards program recognizes companies in New Jersey that are dedicated to their employees’ growth and provide a great work environment.

Aerotek currently operates five offices in New Jersey that serve more than 300 clients and provide jobs to nearly 1,500 contract employees. The international staffing company’s New Jersey offices employ a total of 125 New Jersey residents at its Piscataway, Cherry Hill, Parsippany, Jersey City and Princeton locations.

This is the first year Aerotek participated in the awards program, which is produced by NJBIZ in partnership with the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, the Garden State Council Society of Human Resource Management, The Employers Association of New Jersey and Best Companies Group. Each company completes a two-part survey with both the employer and employees identifying the strengths and weaknesses of their workplace.

The Best Places to Work survey ranks both medium-sized companies with 25 to 249 employees and large-sized companies with more than 250 employees.
