Aerotek’s Sacramento Office Receives A+ Rating

Last week, the Sacramento Business Journal awarded Aerotek’s Sacramento office with an A+ rating, naming it one of the top places to work in the local area.  Hundreds of companies in the Sacramento area distributed surveys to employees to rate their satisfaction in a variety of areas.  Employees commented on topics such as:
• Leadership and Management Effectiveness
• The productivity of their work environment
• Diversity
• Company acknowledgment of hard work
• Potential for Career Growth
• Working in a conducive, “Team” Atmosphere
• Company Culture

Of the hundreds of companies surveyed, the top 50 were published in the journal’s list.  Aerotek’s Sacramento Office received a 94% approval rating and was ranked in the Top 3 Companies to work for in addition to receiving the A+ rating.  The office is no stranger to this ranking, as they were included in the top 10 last year as well with a score of A+.
