What types of positions do you fill?

How long do the assignments last?
The length of the assignment varies according to our client company's needs.
Some are short-term; some are long-term. We work to match the right person with
the right job, so if you desire long-term assignments with 40-hour work weeks,
then we'll strive to put you in that type of assignment, however the assignments are subject to our clients needs.

How and when am I paid?
Contract employees are paid weekly by Aerotek. Typically contract employees are based on the number of hours
worked and the position's pay rate; in some cases contract employees are paid a salary. Direct placement employees are paid in
accordance with our client company's payroll policies.

Does Aerotek offer any benefits?
Contract employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for Aerotek.
benefits which currently include medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, short-term
disability, and long-term disability. We also presently offer 401K and 529 plans. Aerotek
offers a variety of affinity benefits and special offers, too, for things like

Do you offer any training?
Because we place people in a wide range of positions, some positions may require
specialized training which may be offered for that specific assignment. Our
recruiters will know for sure if any training is offered for a particular
position or assignment.
