SeaPort e Management Structure
Our proposed management structure for this effort, including the Program Manager and Alternate
Program Manager, is shown on the contacts page.
KEY PERSONNEL
Aerotek Program Manager (PM), Dave Majerowicz: Upon Award of a Seaport-e contract,
Mr. Majerowicz will transition from National Accounts Manager to the dedicated Seaport-e Program
Manager. His immediate task is to implement the transition and all contract start up phases. The PM
will ensure that all human and financial resources are readily available for contract performance.
This individual will serve as the primary POC for the contract, and once full contract performance
begins, the primary corporate contact for the team members and the government. He reports directly
to the Vice President of Federal Services and is directly supported by the other members of the
Program Management Office (PMO). Mr. Majerowicz has extensive experience in contract startup,
transition, and managing a widely dispersed geographic workforce as evidenced by his past experience
within Aerotek and the United States Air Force. Mr. Majerowicz’s past success qualifies him as a
professional in the critical startup and transition phases of a contract.
Alternate Program Manager (APM), John Jones: The APM will be Mr. Jones, Vice
President of Federal Operations. Mr. Jones has successfully managed the majority of Aerotek’s prime
contract startups in the last five years and is a qualified expert in contract administration and task
order management. He will directly support the PM and act as the PM in his absence.
NON-KEY PERSONNEL
Contract Administrator, Gloria Paul: A Contract Administrator will is assigned to
headquarters to manage daily compliance with all aspects of contract and task order process. This
person reports directly to the PM.
Group Managers: Aerotek Managers are assigned to different geographic sites to
service the Navy as required. As the number of task orders indeterminable, these specific personnel
and their number will be decided in consultation with the Government at the appropriate time.
Task Order Managers and Task Leads: A dedicated Task Order Manager will be
assigned to longer taskings as required. This manager will be responsible for working with the Site
Manager, an exempt manager located at the work site location. In some instances, a Task Lead, a
non-exempt hourly individual, usually for a small task order, is identified as the most knowledgeable
person familiar with the work group performance. The Task Leads may or may not be compensated on an
hourly pay differential depending on the individual circumstances of the site requirement. These
individuals, when identified, assist in the transition and implementation phase and will be the single
POC for all aspects of task order contract administration.
Corporate Project Oversight
Corporate project oversight will reside with the PM. Mr. Majerowicz will be charged with making all
program decisions and utilizing all the resources of the team members to implement task order
solutions. He will report directly to the VP of Federal Services, who will ensure the PM has all
resources necessary to successfully provide all required services to the Navy.
