Aerotek’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion is responsible for leading both our internal and external diversity and inclusion strategy, by integrating diversity and inclusion into every aspect of our business and advancing diversity and inclusion in our workforce, workplace and marketplace.
The Office of Diversity & Inclusion ensures that everyone within the organization can knowledgeably apply diversity and inclusion principles to their core functional and business responsibilities to meet Aerotek and our customers’ short and long-term business objectives.

About Shelton Guinn
Shelton E. Guinn is the Executive Director of Human Resources for Aerotek. Shelton is responsible for the strategy and leadership of Aerotek's talent acquisition team and Aerotek's Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
Since the inception of his role in 2011, Shelton formed Aerotek's first Office of Diversity & Inclusion, designed and developed a sustainable diversity and inclusion strategy for the organization and launched several cultural change initiatives across the organization. These change initiatives include the formation of regional diversity councils, integrating diversity and inclusion into Aerotek's entire learning continuum and the creation of a team of internal diversity consultants to drive Aerotek's workforce diversity initiatives.
Shelton started with Aerotek in 1997, achieving several leadership roles, including Director of Business Operations and Director of National Sales. As one of the founders of Aerotek's Executive Diversity Corporate Board in 2003, Shelton played an instrumental role in the leadership of the board. He is considered a thought leader and has been recognized on numerous occasions internally and externally for his accomplishments in leadership, sales, business development and diversity and inclusion.
Shelton is an active member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and plays a key role in the Alumni and Planning Committee of BEYA. He also serves on several executive advisory boards including; the National HBCU Business Deans Roundtable and Linkage: Diversity & Inclusion Institute & Women in Leadership Institute.
