Aerotek’s California offices located in the Bay Area were honored on Monday, April 23rd after being named one of the “Best Places to Work” by the North Bay Business Journal. The survey is conducted on an annual basis and recognizes companies that offer numerous career opportunities and provide a great work environment. Employees are asked to rank their company on leadership, culture, development and training and career advancement.
“Aerotek understands that attracting and retaining top talent is not a function of the HR department. We see it as everyone’s responsibility in the company to ensure that talent is being referred and developed consistently throughout the organization.” said Aerotek Director of Business Operations for the Alameda and South Francisco offices, Brooks Wells. “The outcome of this philosophy leads to our ability to grow every year and provide more opportunities for our employees.”
Chad Gieg, Director of Business Operations for the San Jose and San Ramon offices stated, “We take a lot of pride in developing strong partnerships with our internal team and our customers. We work with people who care about making a difference.”
This is the 3rd year in row that Aerotek offices including Alameda, South San Francisco, San Jose and San Ramon, participated in the survey. Aerotek was ranked 13th out of 50 mid-size companies and received a total score of 91.97.
