Three representatives from Aerotek’s leadership team, including Aerotek President Todd Mohr, will share their perspective on topics including how to successfully incorporate diversity and inclusion models into business operations in a manner that enhances employee engagement, promotes individual ownership and accountability, and improves the talent pipeline process, among other positive business outcomes.
Shelton Guinn, executive director at Aerotek, will be part of a Chief Diversity Officer keynote panel about Change Management along with Human Facets, McKesson Corporation, EMC Corporation and Walgreens. During the Tuesday, May 7 panel, Guinn will discuss hiring, retention and other human resources (HR) functions where diversity and inclusion strategies and tactics can be implemented. As executive director of HR, Guinn oversees the talent acquisition team and leads the direction of the company’s internal and external diversity and inclusion strategies.
Mohr will deliver a keynote on Wednesday, May 8 on Talent Optimization. He will share Aerotek’s definition of success, the role of diversity and inclusion in the company’s business operations, and how he reinforces the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce from an executive level. Mohr will also share his own path to realization of the importance of diversity and inclusion. Today, Mohr is responsible for the growth, strategic development and financial performance of Aerotek’s multiple service lines in more than 200 offices throughout North America and Europe.
Also on Wednesday, Kim Sneeder, director of business operations, will present a best practices case study session on Change Management. Sneeder will discuss Aerotek’s strategy to engage executives and leverage diversity and inclusion strategies to influence cultural change. She will emphasize the importance of building strategic internal relationships, identifying effective “sponsors” within the company, making diversity and inclusion a part of leadership’s agenda, and using leadership coaching to accomplish corporate diversity and inclusion objectives.
Linkage’s Institute for Leading Diversity & Inclusion will take place May 6-8, 2013, at the InterContinental Buckhead located in Atlanta at 3315 Peachtree Road.
