Aerotek’s Perfect Fit Survey found that nearly half of hiring managers believe the perfect hire does exist.

In partnership with Inavero, Aerotek conducted a quarterly survey of hiring managers in organizations of varying size and industries across North America to share insights on candidate fit, screening practices and the impact of culture on hiring.

Despite the buzz around a potential skills gap, a level of optimism remains when it comes to hiring. More than 90 percent of respondents say their last hire fit well with skill requirements, experience level, company culture and overall position.
