Welcome! You have reached the first step toward entering the CRA Referral Bonus Program. At Aerotek Scientific, we recognize that some of our best hires were referred by our current affiliates. That is why we have established this program to reward you for spreading the good news about Aerotek Scientific and helping to grow our dynamic team.

Receive the following bonus amounts for referring candidates that meet all eligibility requirements (i.e. works a minimum of 520 hours while on assignment or the number of hours required to exceed a direct placement trial period):

$750 base for CRAs with 3 years of experience or less
$1000 base for CRAs with over 3 years of experience
$250 plus the applicable base amount for each CRA after the first referral payment (bonus payments will not exceed $1500 per candidate).

Rules & Other Eligibility Requirements:

Only persons deemed "Associates" of Aerotek are eligible to refer candidates under this program. For the purposes of this program "Associates" is defined as persons currently or willing to be entered into our candidate tracking databases for possible future employment opportunities, and excludes internal employees of Aerotek and its related or affiliated companies, and professional recruiters and similar individuals who recruit for a fee . The information obtained through this program will be used for Aerotek's purposes only. These purposes include corresponding with involved parties regarding the bonus program, current and future employment opportunities and various Aerotek promotions. Aerotek reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. This Program does not constitute a contract for employment for any definite period, and does not alter Aerotek’s at-will employment of any employee. This program is not retroactive and only applies to employees referred on or after October 5, 2006. The referral and acknowledgement of related terms and conditions must be submitted electronically or in writing on the designated CRA Referral Bonus Forms; no other method of referral will be accepted. Aerotek reserves the right to reject any referral request if, in its sole discretion, it believes that it already has the referred person as a candidate. Additionally, if more than one person refers the same candidate, only the first person to submit the referral, as determined by Aerotek in its sole discretion) will be considered for bonus eligibility. No pro rate bonus payments will be made; the referred candidate must completely meet all established work requirements. Referral bonuses for direct placements will not be paid out to referring contractors until the referred candidate has exceeded the guaranteed direct placement trial period. All referrals will expire, and therefore will no longer be eligible for payout under this program to the referral source, after eighteen months from the date submitted.
