The customer was experiencing problems with staffing fulfillment due to their remote location and need for niche expertise professionals. They had a high rate of attrition and were failing to source qualified new candidates to fill the open positions.
They sought a staffing partner who could not only source candidates with the skills and expertise required, but also find candidates who were available to work in their remote location.

We filled a high-level director position within one week and technical engineers within the first two weeks. We placed three of our contractors in a nine month temporary-to-hire contract, one of whom converted to permanent before that time.
