Our customer is a leading organization in the development of healthcare improvement for Medicare beneficiaries and those with special needs or chronic illnesses.

Customer Objectives
Aerotek Professional Services began its partnership with this customer in the spring of 2007 with five Claims Analysts placements. Through these placements and over the course of a few months these analysts uncovered hundreds of thousands of dollars in errors made by a 3rd party claims administrator contracted by the customer. Through this project the customer established a timeline to bring all of their Medicare Claims in house.

In order to partner with our customer to support their objective, we quickly relied on our high volume of recruiters, our industry experience and local presence to fill the maximum number of positions while building deep relationships with our contractors, which created a level of trust with them that would lead to greater access to referred candidates. The outcome was our ability to fill all 10 openings and attain a 90% retention ratio through the contract period. The effects of that class led to exclusive privileges on future classes and opportunities to work within other departments such as Claims Customer Service, Outbound Scheduling, Utilization Review and Claim Auditing/Review.
The success associated with this account has come from constant attention to detail from meeting with managers to further enhance and tweak our recruiting process so that it’s specifically set up for each individual manager and department. The below figures are current of our partnership with this customer.
