Taking Talent Management to the Next Level

Users of contingent labor continue to find benefit and value in working with managed service providers (MSP) and vendor management systems (VMS). According to a recent report by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), MSP use increased to 49% in 2009 from 38% in 2008, while staffing buyers’ VMS use rose to 63% in 2009 from 51% in 2008. SIA projections also indicate that MSP usage will increase to 64% by 2011 and VMS usage will increase to 81%.
