Requirements/Qualifications
Production workers will be on a contract to hire basis. All production work is
physically demanding, with heavy manufacturing related duties that include
repetitive motions, moderate lifting, the use of machinery, and working with
small vehicle components. In addition, production workers must:
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to rotate shifts every two weeks
- Be able to work overtime as required
- Be able to pass a background screen
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Be able to pass a physical
Benefits
Aerotek pays $12.47 plus .50 cent premium for rotating shifts per hour.
Contractors are eligible for pay increases and bonuses every six months. Weekly
paychecks and benefits are available.
