Bonnie Katschanow, Financial Administrator

I’m big on work ethic — I think it’s the most important thing parents can teach their children. You need to make yourself happy but you need to work hard every day to earn your paycheck.

I once had a supervisor who said the secret to being successful is to do a little bit of somebody else’s work every day. In doing that, you learn something new, you add new skills and experiences to your resume and you have another finger in the pie. I’ve always tried to do that — help others with their jobs. If I have time to do a little bit of their work, even if it’s just data input, that’s how I’ve grown in my career.

Aerotek found me my perfect job and I’ve been very happy in it for 17 years. I like to get up and go to work every day.

Aerotek has a different process and a different way of treating their contractors from other agencies — they treat their contractors as people…as individuals that need care. I’ve not only found my perfect job, I’ve found the family that goes with it.
