Roger McCottrie, Warehouse Associate

While I’ve just started with this job site, I believe this role is going to be a career for me, not just a job. I’m learning a lot and growing professionally here, and I’m on my way to being a manager. Just knowing that I’m on course to have a career — it’s a feeling hard to put into words, but it’s a good feeling.

When I first met my recruiter, Kait, the time that she took to get to know me as a person, what I was looking for — this was very different from my previous experience with other agencies, and she continues to follow up with me about how things are going at my job site.

The people at the job site don’t make me feel like a new team member; they go above and beyond to train me. During my first week of work, they bought me a new pair of steel-toe shoes. Something they didn’t have to do, but they did it anyway. I feel blessed tremendously.
