The Top Workplaces list is determined based on an employee workplace satisfaction survey that measures values, leadership, management, benefits, pay, growth potential, appreciation, work-life balance and retention.
The list is divided into three categories: large companies with more than 500 local employees; midsize companies with between 150 and 499 local employees, such as Aerotek; and small companies with fewer than 150 local employees. The employee survey is managed by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
“I feel supported and confident in the work I do and I really love my job,” said one survey respondent.
