Meghan, our account manager, and her team of recruiters understand our trades positions, our culture and do a great job of providing at least two qualified candidates for our manufacturing manager to review and interview. I think our hit rate of converting Aerotek employees to our own employees is probably 95 percent, and of those employees we convert probably 75 percent of them who stay on and become valued employees. So Meghan’s hit rate for finding us employees that we can retain is at least as good as our own hit rate if we were hiring ourselves.
