I love to learn different languages and travel around the world. With many years working at the U.S. Embassy and the Defense Attaché overseas as a translator, I transferred back to the U.S. to take time with my family.
I was ready to enter back into the workforce and was actively looking for a position. I submitted my resume online and got a call from an Aerotek recruiter who asked me if I was interested in coming in for an interview.
When I met the recruiter it wasn’t a traditional job interview. She discovered hidden talents that I didn’t even know I had, and she matched me to a position that fit my career goals.
The company I work for now provides industry leading managed care prospective health solutions to members and members with language barriers. As a language interpreter, I can use my love of language to communicate between members and practitioners on health issues.
