Job Summary

1) At least 1+ year of high volume call center background OR high volume Reception work
2) Data Entry
3) communication skills

M-TH 9-6 for the first week, then it will be either 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm for that Friday of the training period & the remainder of the contract period.

-Make at least 200-300 scripted calls per day (2-3 minutes long) to qualify perspective customers

-Enter customer information into system
-Provide customer service to customers
-Interact with prospective customers to help them learn more about savings related to PennyMac or USAA
-Log all conversations in the system
-Read off a script for calls
-Qualify leads
