Job Summary



Looking for a concrete paving foreman.. All projects are on non-active roads.

90% job will be supervising, but must be able to/willing to jump in and lend a hand on the physical aspect if necessary.

Both are on site management position responsible for direct supervision of staff and production activities. Must possess the skill and talent to manage and maintain up to 12 on site field production employees.

Paving foreman will oversee the subdivision projects, mainline paving, and sidewalk. All roads are non-active. They'll be doing intake work, punch list work, and overseeing crews. This role may require actually doing the work as well. Could be someone who's doing labor now with 3-5 year's experience who is aspiring to move into foreman role.

Each crew has 7 -10 people on it, and each division runs 7-8 full crews, and are still growing!

Work closely with the owner and be responsible for leading and directing your team in all aspects of concrete construction.

Ability to layout, plan, communicate, organize and direct assigned staff.

Prepare time cards, daily reports and documents electronically.

Hire, train and discipline production staff members.

Construct all projects in strict accordance to the plans and specifications.

Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.

Work in direct accordance to current OSHA safety regulations and be the designated on site safety supervisor.

Efficiently and effectively produce projects.

Must be able to identify and manage high risk projects, tasks, and site conditions.
Always produce a high quality work product.

Motivate and provide exemplary leadership to staff members.

Demonstrate good judgment and decision capability.

Must be professional, kind, mature and well groomed in appearance.

Must have a positive attitude for teammates, inspectors and clients and be willing to train/give feedback.
