This position will be the first line of customer service for the company where you will be answering calls from customers. We are looking for people that can provide a high level of customer service over the phone.

- Customer Service position handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls and verifying information.
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
