Job Summary

Entry Level Recruiter Job Duties:
  • Pull candidates from an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Send email blasts and call each candidate to let them know to fill out the formal application that the team sent them
  • Schedule calls with each applicant to go through their application and read through the required script of pre-screen questions
  • After completion of the script they determine whether or not to move that individual forward in the process
  • Carefully audit packages for quality, formatting and language/grammar
  • Send packages to Team Lead for final audit

Entry Level Recruiter Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years' of customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office experience; Excel, Outlook & Word
  • Available to work 7am-6pm Mon-Fri
  • Ability to motivate others and themselves
  • Ability to meet deadlines and goals weekly
  • Ability to receive feedback and coachings on a consistent basis
