Job Summary

Job Description:- Responsible for making outbound B2B sales calls
- Will be making 200+ calls daily
- Selling ad space to Realtors across the country
- One call close
- Will receive large bonuses based on the amount of sales

Work Environment:

-Will be joining a team of 20. The building space is beautiful and well lit. They have a very energetic atmosphere. They play music throughout the day and the office space is a very similar vibe to Aerotek's pit space.

-There's free parking right outside the building and the building is in close proximity to a lot of restaurants/ breweries/ etc. They even have beer on tap and free breakfast!

-Looking for someone who has a high amount of resilience and is looking for a job they can really maximize in by hitting high amounts of sales- their bonus structure is amazing!

Job Shift:

-Monday Through Friday
-7:00Am to 3:30PM
-Two 15 minute breaks and one 45 minute lunch

Performance Expectations:

-NO prior experience required.
1st day expectations: Will have training from 7-330. Will read through the employee manual and take copies of IDs. Afterwards will learn about the company and the script. After role playing, new hires will then get on the phones and practice. Afterwards will learn about overcoming rejections.
Performance Metrics: 8 sales in the first 2 weeks
Best Vs Avg: Someone VERY driven to maximize on hitting the sales to make six figures!

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

- The background for an ideal candidate varies: all customer service, even warehouse roles, etc are widely accepted and encouraged
- Food service industry, gas station attendants, call centers, etc all thrive!
- Looking for a candidate with high levels of confidence and motivation
- Excellent organization and communication skills

-Have you ever been shopping online on Amazon and next thing you know, you're on your Facebook and you start seeing Ads based on what you were shopping for. This marketing style is very similar
