Job Summary


- Pharmaceutical company needing individuals to help connect patients/insurance companies to internal employees (HR, clinics/hospitals)

-The Intake Coordinator acts as the medium between people and resources, connecting internal and external customers to the correct place.

Key Responsibilities:

-Review data submitted through referral sources.

-Provide administrative support to Case Managers miscellaneous clerical tasks.

-Aid and support multiple ongoing department projects, as needed.

-Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.

-Periodic mandatory overtime throughout the year

-May include weekends as needed.


-Must be available between the hours of 5am-5pm

-1- 2 years of experience ability to multitask and exemplary organizational skills

-Knowledge of data entry and basic level computer skills

-Interviews will be going off over the rest of July and they are looking to start people in the middle of August

-ONLY accepting candidates with no planned time off over next few months
