Job Summary

Hiring Registered and Certified Pharmacy Technicians

We are hiring pharmacy technicians for the Orlando area. You must be a registered and certified pharmacy technician, if you are certified and registered it is a higher starting pay and you would be eligible to move into a lead position. Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour. There is unlimited overtime due to the influx of business. You must be available to work shifts M-F 7am-9pm with the occasional rotating Saturday. Based on attendance and performance you may be eligible to bid for particular shifts.

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician
  • National certification for Pharmacy Technicians (PTCB)
  • 1 or more years of experience within pharmacy
  • Available to work any shift Monday- Friday between 8am-8pm


Due to the business growth there is currently unlimited overtime. We are looking for motivated, hard working individuals who want to take advantage of this opportunity. Overtime would be $24-$27 per hour.

Daily Job Duties:

*Track and triage coverage determination requests submitted from providers and determine if a pharmacist review is required

*Obtain verbal authorizations and request detailed clinical information from prescribers

*Approve coverage determination requests based on defined criteria

*Enter and document coverage determination request decision into the PBM system and notify providers and/or members

*Respond to client inquiries regarding authorization approvals and PBM on-line applications

*Refer coverage determination requests for specialty drugs to delegated vendor or client for processing

*Contact providers for additional information to facilitate coverage determination reviews

*Notify physicians, providers and members of coverage determination request decisions
