Job Description
We are looking for customer service representatives to work in a busy call center through the holidays! GREAT opportunity to gain office experience.
Shift Timings: 9:00AM to 5:00PM(M-F) & *One Saturday per month is required*


Take 100-200 inbound calls per day
Perform data entry to enter customer orders, catalog requests, and other information as needed
Handle customer service-related projects
**Customer service experience preferred but not required**

Must be able to:

Demonstrate good computer skills
Demonstrate the ability to work with others and be a "people person"
Type 40WPM
Work in a fast-paced environment

We are looking to have the seasonal team start on Thursday, October 24th. You will most likely work through February - this can turn into a long term opportunity based on performance.

*One Saturday per month is required*
