Job Summary

This person will be joining the Recovery Specialist team. This team does 100% outbound calls at a rate of 80-100 calls per day. They are calling clients that have not used the company's services in the past 30 days that have been prior customers. They are trying to find out why they are no longer using the services and offering the customers Promo's to encourage use. DATA INTEGRITY IS TOP PRIORITY. All specialist will be required to document every call and next steps so that anyone in the country can see when each client is in the process and best assist them.

Job expectations:
- Administer 80-100 outbound warm calls
- update database with information for Sales Team
- Work with Sales Manager
- Ability to work independently- self starters
- General admin/clerical tasks
