Job Summary

Aerotek is currently hiring a Bilingual Account Representative on a full-time contract to hire opportunity. This candidate will be responsible for interfacing with customers on service related issues.

This candidate will be responsible for working on various service related reports to ensure activities are fulfilled and resolved within a timely manner.

This candidate will also be responsible for dealing with Smart Phones, retailers, and wholesalers by providing them with personalized service and handling escalated issues, credit, etc...

Job Duties:
-Managing various reports
-Dealing with Smart phones and retailers and wholesalers if required
-Act as overall coordinator with other departments
-Focal point for issues escalations for wholesalers and retailers
-Actively participates in decision making process for the establishment of external suppliers
-Maintain databases
-Manage customer mailings
-Perform surveys
-Receive and answer service inquiries via email specifically warranty validation requests
-Reads and evaluates service repair reports and approves based on given guidelines

  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
