Job Summary

****Business to business collections

Make the necessary outgoing deduction resolution calls to external customers for the purpose of collecting on and/or resolving disputed amounts

Will be reconciling accounts on a daily basis/working a portfolio
Communicate effectively as necessary with branch personnel for the purpose of resolving disputed amounts
Communicate effectively as necessary with Corporate Collections personnel for the purpose of assisting the collections effort

Handle incoming external and internal customer inquires and provides assistance as needed
Respond to emails/phone calls within 8 hours or sooner
Understand and adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures
Processes and performs administrative tasks as they pertain to the resolution of Disputes
