Aerotek has partnered with a global company who has immediate openings for line operators. Listed below are qualifications for these positions.
Will be responsible for monitoring the production of the Alpolic material on the line through the Coil, Coating, Lamination, Extrusion, and Final cut processes. Will be cross trained as they progress with the company, but initially responsible for learning the Coil Coating and/or lamination process. Operators monitor the aluminum material as it goes through each process and check for quality issues visually and by monitoring computers on line.
4 or 5 Days a week with some weekend shifts as needed for production.
Shift: 6:00pm- 6:00am
-2+ years of production experience within a manufacturing facility and strong work history/longevity.
- High School Diploma or GED.
-Heavy Industrial manufacturing experience.
-Mechanical aptitude (validated by skills assessment we need to send those in consideration).
-Experience with large part manufacturing, metal part manufacturing, extrusion, laminating, preferred.
-Experience performing quality checks on finished product.
-MUST have experience and be able to operate sit-down forklift.
-Experience making edits to production machines or troubleshooting small issues.
-Mechanical aptitude to include experience using hand tools.
