Job Summary

Our client, a large insurance company in Columbia, MD is seeking a Account Representative to join their team.

* The Account Reps will be taking about 90% inbound calls servicing current accounts.
* Handles telephone calls and other personal contacts.
* Consistently demonstrates Integrity Selling Skills as evidenced by policies written and success with Life Referrals.
* Pertinent documentation on routine transactions is usually obtained and increasingly thorough on non-routine transactions.
* Approaches all responsibilities maintaining a professional image and a positive outlook.
* Assumes responsibility for developing customer needs and fully servicing their account, employing our Sales and Service Standards and maintaining a proactive approach to customer retention.
* Handle files both accurately and in a timely manner.
* Demonstrates an eagerness in learning all aspects of job requirements.
* May be called upon to handle other duties as required
