$15.00 - $22.00 /Hour
The company is a pre-caste concrete company they produces pre-caste concrete walls for other companies that are building new facilities. Some companies they have worked for and built in the are are; Amazon, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, LA Fitness, etc.
The employee will be working at the Plant in either the Yard & Shipping Department or the Production Department.
The employee will be on a shift and crew that will be their shift and crew unless otherwise noted. The facility runs 24/7 and in a typical production fashion. The whole process starts at 12am and takes the entire 24 hours to complete when then they start it again at 12am.
The employees shift start and end time will vary day to day based on the efficiency of their own and prior shift. The employee MUST be comfortable receiving a text message daily that indicates their start time for the next shift, as well as working until the job is done, whether that is 7 or 12 hours.
The employee must also know that they will work a 6 day work schedule with a consistent day off. That day may or may not be a Saturday or Sunday and they do not get to chose their day.
General Laborer $15-$22/hour

Forklift Operator $14.00/hour
