Job Summary

Warehouse, order pulling, Clean DMV when being considered for permanent employment.

Pulling boxes are the easiest, usually everybody gets that, you are only looking for a barcode on the box.

Pulling files out of the boxes are the hardest, more detail -name, number, case number, alt number, year specific, and name specific. If the files are not in sequential order, you will have to search the entire box once or twice to see if the file is in there. You then have to assign a new barcode to the file. Each customer is different depending on if it is medical or law firms, or even title companies.

This job takes skills almost like a file clerk - imagine when you open your draw and you are looking for a John Doe, now imagine if John Doe wasn't in alphabetical order with the rest of the files, it will take you more time to search for that file
