Contract to Hire
Currently seeking an office admin to handle scheduling of pick ups and site visits for their services. This location supports six offices and they will be taking in bound calls and processing paperwork for orders and scheduled pick ups. This person will be doing a lot of the following tasks: filing, scanning, order entry, scheduling, customer service over phone, processing orders and requests. i.e. Multitasking. Processing this in computer systems, excel as well as software specific to us.
- 1-3 years of office admin experience.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office.
- Team player preferred!
