Job Description: The project will involve performing heavy structural modifications on corporate and military aircraft. C-130's
*Modification to wing and other parts of a high altitude aircraft
*Use of applicable sheetmetal skills including but not limited to fabrication, modification, and installation per blueprint
*Position requires candidates to have their own tools shadowed
*Must have 8 years of recent experience performing sheetmetal modification/installation on aircraft
*Own tools are required to be shadowed
*Must be skilled in reading blueprints
*Must have an active interim secret security clearance.
Work Environment: Hangar: Fast paced modification center. Candidates have to read Engineering Orders and Blueprints. Must work on aircraft crouching and kneeling with others close by doing similar work for long periods of time. Layout and drilling of a variety of whole sized for different sized fasteners. Attention to detail is key.
Qualifications: 5 years of Sheetmetal experience, preferably working in a Mod Center or MRO.
Performance Expectations: Must be able to perform per their resume. This position requires someone to hit the ground running with little OJT. One challenge is learning the style of EO and blueprint quickly. If someone can't perform basic duties or takes twice as long as average that is an issue.

Additional Compensation: Local candidates will make 28/hr all taxed. OT is 42.00/hr.
Per Diem Eligible Candidates will make 23/hr taxed and 47/hr in OT. They will also receive 100/day per productive day worked for up to 500/wk. Please refer to Per Diem Eligibility Certification Page for PD guidelines if needed. Will also accrue 1 week of PTO over the course of a year. It is not a use or lose policy.
