Job Summary



Our Client began 30 years ago in California, and has since grown to over 1,000 employees across multiple locations in the US, Mexico and South America. This client has offices, R&D centers, manufacturing, distribution and repair centers.

In the U.S our operations are located in Fremont, Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Raleigh, Boston and Detroit to better serve our diverse customer base. Outside the U.S. we continue to expand our operations in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and Canada.
Our client serves the IT, communications, industrial automation, renewable energy, lighting, power tool, automotive electric vehicle, and other major industries. Their products include power electronics, DC brush-less fans, visual displays, industrial automation, networking products, electronic components, consumer products, energy efficient and renewable energy products to name a few.

They are currently looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative. In this role they will be entering information into SAP, following up the task closely and ensure to close the loop (shipping samples, replacement units, parts, and samples). They will be working with customers to enter orders and process RMA. Candidates will also handle new account set up. Using the company tool (portal) to make sure the paperwork has been filled out correctly to follow process.



Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft office tool,
-Will be required to utilize SAP for order processing, any ERP system would be helpful
-Minimum college graduated preferred
-Excel skill needed such as Pivot table, Vlookup…etc.
-Excellent customer service skills required
-Component / Electro-mechanical inside sales experience, min. 3-5 years



Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm
