Job Summary

This position is looking for a carpenter/handyman who will be working on retail building for their maintenance needs. Will get work order via an app on their smart phone each morning/week that will give them full schedule of the day/week. Will then drive to each location, work with customer, complete work order and move on to next.

Tasks could include but not limited to:
  • Painting, carpentry, plumbing, hvac, electrical, hanging doors, fixing cabinets, changing light bulbs, or repairing a wall.

Travel requirement is up to 65 miles from downtown location of city in the establishment.

Communication must be high with the office in MI as well as with the customers candidates visit on daily basis. There will need to be scheduling done on their own to coordinate with the customer visits.
