Aerotek is working on behalf of an established organization in the Greater Scranton, PA area to locate multiple Full Time Customer Service Representatives. The hours for paid training are 8AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday. Upon completion of training you will be assigned a shift between the hours of 8AM and 10PM (Most CSR's are assigned a midshift). You may be able to select an alternative shift once seniority is gained.
This is a contract to hire position. It is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and gain experience with this established organization.
This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from current customers. This CSR will be responsible for answering their questions regarding their health insurance.
Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 3+ Months Recent/current experience in a customer service setting(Call Center or Retail candidates encouraged to apply)
- High school diploma/GED required
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to Multitask
