Now hiring for an experience fluxcore/mig welder. This position consists of fluxcore/mig welding in a job shop type setting. This position is demands that welders be mechanically inclined and be able to fabricate and install new equipment/parts.

We promote internally and offer advancement at our local facility as well as nationwide. This is a 10 month contract to hire position through Aerotek in Knoxville,TN. All candidates who complete the 10 month contract are eligible for immediate conversion and will qualify for our partner's benefits and pay advances. Days: Mon. -Friday. (7am-3:30pm)
Nights: Mon. -Fri. (3:30pm-12am)
Overtime available at all times and will be able to pick up outside of set shift
Pass a 3G/vertical weld test on mild steel
Fabrication of parts and fixtures
Mechanical aptitude for installation and assembly
Lift up to 50 lbs. if needed
Various types of tooling and use of hand tools (grinders, saws, plasma cutters, etc. )
Ability to work 12 hour shift in high production times
