Job Summary

Primary responsibility is to support products that are already in production. Lead a team of 3 engineers (2 production engineers and 1 technical writer) while also performing/contributing to engineering duties/responsibilities. Also responsible for implementing engineering changes, participate in product launch meetings to provide the R&D Engineering team input on manufacturability, bill of materials, some design, work instructions, quality standards. They also anticipate some growth through acquisition so there may also be responsibilities based around converting other companies (who were recently acquired) engineering documents to Marshall Excelsior / Harbour Group Engineering Docs.
-1 year of manufacturing engineering management
-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience
-Bachelor's of Engineering Degree
-Strong knowledge of engineering theory and how it relates to products (their products require a lot of mechanics, fluid dynamics as well as FEA analysis due to the nature of their work)
-Ability to 3D Model in any software (although it's only 10%ish of the job)

-CNC Machining or Screw Machining
-Batch style / small run manufacturing
-BSME Education
