Take Inbound calls from members via telephone and written correspondence in a timely and professional manner to provide proactive assistance to their needs or feedback.
-Assist new members to provide info on health plan benefits
-Assist monthly frequent callers to identify reasons for repeated calls
Send new members health plan info
-Manage member services inquiries
2+ years call center experience, ideally in call center
1+ year in healthcare admin/csr or knowledge of healthcare insurance industry
Solid work history
Strong organizational and data entry skills
Ability to work in the time frames of 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm. Also applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
