Job Summary



Responsibilities include:

* Monitor retrieval and chargeback activity on a daily basis, determining the most appropriate course of action to minimize loss and exposure as a result of the activity
* Consult with merchants, agents, law enforcement, and other related entities when required
* Act as the liaison to the Chargeback Team regarding chargeback issues
* Identify and investigate high risk transactions with Card Issuing Banks, consumers, merchants, and all relevant parties
o Make decisions regarding merchant payments and reserve requirements
o Communicate to merchants regarding account restrictions, reserves, and cancellations
o Utilize Internet tools to gather information useful in determining account risk
o Other related duties assigned by management.

Work Environment: Office environment. Office is moving to Tempe in the summer.
Qualifications: * Some experience in the finance industry or credit and collections required.
* Some chargeback experience preferred.
* Investigative skills.
* Independent, self-motivated and conscientious.
* Detail oriented and excellent organization skills.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to make critical business decisions based upon review process.
Performance Expectations:
Interview Information: Candidate will interview with Gina Caruso.
Additional Compensation:
Additional Information: Shift is from 11:00am-8:00pm Mon-Fri and 12:00pm-9:00pm during daylight savings hours.
Candidate must be able to pass BG and credit check.
