Job Summary



Aerotek is seeking an individual to join our team as a Junior LIMS Administrator/Lab Systems Master Data Analyst for one of our largest pharmaceutical clients!

The Lab Systems Master Data Analyst will be responsible for master data configuration, migration, and reporting design- products, specifications, parameters, methods within all Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) implemented at the pharmaceutical organization site. This position will be responsible for providing end-user support for all analytical groups as well as compliance to global and site internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline with quality operations related laboratory experience

-2-4 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or relevant business experience

-Maintain high quality laboratory documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance and site procedures

-Demonstrated attention to detail

Responsibilities:
-Provides support for the Quality Control laboratories, Biological Quality (BQ), Chemical Quality (CQ), and Incoming Material Quality (IM) in the management of master data configuration, data migration, and reporting design, including but not limited to products, specifications, and methods in LIMS.
-Assist in the development and implementation of a site process for the scheduling and status tracking of all configuring, functional verification, and migration of site LIMS Master Data, including needs for Raw Material, Finished Goods, and Stability testing.
-Collaborate effectively with site Laboratory Systems Administrator, site and Core BT resources, representing Rocky Mount's user requirements in support of functional design and maintaining site/Global requirements of LIMS.
-Required to modify and/or create job-related documentation including SOPs, work instructions documents and project deliverable timelines.
-Perform skills training to end-users and provide subject matter expertise to training materials.
-Provides support during audits and with audit observation closure.
-All other duties as assigned
