Job Summary



Create and execute contracts and negotiate changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Schedule Installation of machines and utility

Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and site regulations.

Manages personnel and workers engaged in facility maintenance. This includes scheduling repairs and maintenance of utilities that provide heat, steam, electric power, gas, or pneumatic services.

Serves as contact person for all health and safety regulatory agencies i.e. OSHA, state, county and federal permitting agencies, EPA, Air Pollution Control, etc.

Plan and manage equipment installation/re-installation and ensure all mechanical and electrical specifications and operational manuals to ensure they are accurate, current and applicable to the existing machinery.

Analyze and design lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and simulation tools to optimize, use of space, equipment, material and personnel.

Assist in developing plant layout in planning rearrangement of facilities, equipment and operations for better utilization of space.

Work closely with research and development, quality assurance and maintenance personnel to prevent problems with products and tooling/fixtures.

Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.

Support all current and new product introductions.

Once the plant is up in running in 2019 plan, organize and direct plant maintenance activities of the facility.
