Contract to Hire
$12.00 - $14.00 /Hour
Candidates will be taking inbound calls from retail customers. Calls might consist of customers who are inquiring about product damage, discrepancies on a receipt for returned items, or general questions about products or inventory availability.
Candidates need to be very comfortable handling calls from upset customers as a some of the calls will be from disgruntled customers.
Candidates will be handling roughly 60 calls a day, BUT the big focus is one call resolution and quality.
MUST have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
MUST have good job tenure and quality customer service experience.
MUST be open to rotating shifts and some weekend work.
MUST have experience using Microsoft Office
Pay rate starts at $12/hr with the possibility of an increase if candidate is taken on permanent.
