Job Summary

Currently hiring for medical customer service representatives in the San Antonio location. The requirements for the position is at least 1 year experience in the health care industry along with at least 1 recent year in call center as well. Below I have included the essential duties for the position.

Under close supervision, performs a variety of activities in support of a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Uses software for functional area to schedule appointments and document in the case management systems. Compiles and generate reports, statistics, time lines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. Delivers exceptional customer service at all customer touch points.

Work Environment: Call Center Environment
Training is Mon-Fri 8-5
Monday-Friday schedule is 11:30-8p.m.
Inbound Calls to meet metrics
(100 calls per day)
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent experience/combined education.
 0 to 1 year of related experience
 health-care experience preferred
 Experience with electronic medical scheduling and case management software
 Experience with medical coding and knowledge of medical terminology
 Strong computer skills at intermediate level
Performance Expectations: Must be able to schedule 40 appointments a day.
Must meet metrics in order to have 40 appointments scheduled.
