Job Description: Adding members to the customer care center to help maintain and continue to provide world class customer service. Candidates will be accepting in bound calls from customers and helping them with questions ranging from order issues, cancellations, adjustment or general inquiries.
Our e-commerce team, Nordstrom.com, ensures that customers experience the same great fashion and service on online as they expect in our stores. This team works throughout the company to deliver great shopping through cutting-edge technology.
Work Environment: Nordstrom Corp main office call center
Qualifications: * 6 months experience within a retail environment preferred
* Excellent telephone and written communication skills required
* Able to work in a fast pace environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency
* Demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain a professional composure
* Understanding of computer systems, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal assistance
Multi tasking and going between 2 screens, multiple applications and jumping between screens
Performance Expectations: Customer satisfaction scores are sent out to each customer to rate employees performance which is highly important
The efficiently and quality of calls.
Biggest focus is tone and quality at tone and how they sound on the phone
successful candidate will have customer service and retail experience, retail preferred.
Former Nordstrom employees will be considered but we will need to get approval from the team based on the employees former record and performance reviews.
6 point attendance policy 1/4 a point for being late, 1/2 point for half a day late and 1 point for a full point. 6 points reached and you are terminated.
