Job Summary

Candidates will be checking parts both in the lab and on the floor. They will be doing 1st piece inspection, in process inspection and final audit inspection. Will be 50/50. They will be using sterling gages, cmm, microscopes and other inspection components. They will be closelt coordinating with operators, other auditors and Quality Manager. They will need to use check sheets and also be able to document on the computer. Some other tests they could do are contamination tests and checking welds with microscopes. Every day will be a little different but the job functions will be the same. Will be trained on the CMM and other various specialty checks.
The majority of the check right now are on Output carrier shells for Ford and GM 10 speed transmissions.

3rd shift 11p-7am M-F

Must be available for OT and some Sat.
Ideally they would work40 hours.

Train on 1st shift until September
