We are looking for general construction laborers so assist with demolition of commercial building interiors for tenant improvements in the greater Los Angeles area.

Job Title: Construction/General Laborer

Location: South Gate, CA (must be open to working at different job sites in Greater Los Angeles)

Pay: $15/hr

  • NIGHT SHIFT (roughly 5:00 pm - 2:00 am))
  • 8-10 hour shift, 6-7 days per week
  • This position works 7 days per week, you will have one day off per week and can request additional days off with 72 days notice

Duration: 6 month contract to hire (long term work)

Job Duties:
  • Prepares/Protects job site and seals off work area, using plastic sheeting and tape
  • Assists in demolition and deconstruction activities of buildings
  • Shovels debris into bins and other waste containment containers
  • Loads and unloads construction debris into trucks and roll off boxes
  • Performs other related and non-related duties as assigned

Work Environment:
  • Will be working a combination of indoors and outdoors

  • Previous construction, construction clean-up or demolition experience
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and physical
  • Must have reliable transportation
