Quality Control - Blender Opening!

Placement: Contract to Hire (need someone permanently!)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5PM; some weekends and OT as needed

Pay: $14-15/hr

Job Description:
  • Responsible for taking recipes for various products and figuring out fractions and amounts to mix batches.
  • This person will need to be able to do math quickly and accurately.
  • After measuring out ingredients, they will need to be weighed for accuracy.
    Batch Mixer will be expected to pull numerous orders daily and mix raw materials according to specs in order.
  • The mixing is done manually, lifting multiple 50LB bags and emptying contents into large batch.
  • Candidate will be expected to help as needed in various areas of production.
  • The products made are adhesive materials for various applications (wood, plastic, metal).

  • Great attitude, Strong attention to detail, eager to learn, team player,
  • Blending/batch maker experience - at least 1 year (includes any position following a recipe or mixing ingredients)
  • HS Diploma or GED
